Newsletter sign-up
On /news we collect your name, email, optional lot number, optional interests, and consent. Until you confirm, the subscription stays pending.
- Stored in Cloudflare D1 table
subscribers(name, email, lot, interests, status, consent version, created/confirmed/unsubscribed timestamps, confirmation-send counters). - A high-entropy confirmation token is emailed to you; only a hash of that token is stored, and unconfirmed tokens expire in 48 hours.

Highland Owners News <highland-news@info.emailmenow.com>with reply-to owners@mat1926.pw. - You are not on the news list until you confirm. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link; you can also email us.
Contact form
Messages sent from /news (contact form) store name, email, optional lot, message text, timestamp, request IP address, and user-agent in Cloudflare D1 table submissions. We use that to prevent spam and to follow up.
Rate limits
To limit abuse we store hourly per-IP counters in D1 table rate_limits. Cloudflare’s edge also serves the site.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your email or contact details. We do not use the newsletter list for marketing blasts unrelated to this unofficial owners’ resource.
Access and deletion
Email owners@mat1926.pw to ask what we store about you or to have matching D1 records deleted. For newsletter removal you can also use the unsubscribe link in a confirmation or news email.
