Who runs this site

This site is run by Mark & Michelle, property owners in the Estates at Highland Branch (Lot 11), Cameron / Milam County, Texas. It is an unofficial neighbor guide for other owners and builders. It is not affiliated with the Highland Branch Property Owners Association or Wildwood Management Group.

Developer & land sales (not HOA)

Lot sales and phase marketing are handled by Highland Branch LLC / Platinum Land at highlandbranchtx.com — opens in a new tab (see also The Estates phase page — opens in a new tab). Contact: info@highlandbranchtx.com, sales (281) 717-6103, legal/signage (512) 768-7357.

That site markets Phase 1 Highland Branch and Phase 2 The Estates at Highland Branch as 2–10+ acre homesites with paved roads and a gated entrance. It does not publish recorded plats or CCR PDFs. For HOA dues, covenants/deed restrictions, and ACC architectural review, use Wildwood Management Group (portal.wildwood-tx.com)—not the developer sales site.

Why it exists

New lots here share the same practical questions: 911 addressing, maps, HOTEC power, wells, septic, HOA review, mail, and local resources. We collect official links and owner-tested notes in one place so neighbors do not have to rediscover the same agencies.

How pages are checked

Each page shows a “Last updated” date. That date means we reviewed the page content on that day. Agency rules, fees, hours, and map listings still change—always confirm with the linked official source before you act.
